The Team
Meet the Founder & Owner Behind Bridge
I’m Jeremy Wicks, entrepreneur, contractor and business lover. Before starting Bridge, I spent over a decade working as a contractor inside some of Australia's most complex operational environments - the defence industry.
For almost a decade I worked across major defence programs, managing multi-million dollar operations, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, building systems from the ground up, optimising businesses, and keeping projects on track for some of Australia's most demanding clients. I was recognised with a prestigious Department of Defence award for outstanding coordination, stakeholder management, and operational management, and I hold a Master's Degree in Project Management from Monash University.
Put simply: I know what it looks like when a business runs well. And I know the systems, processes, and teams that make it happen.
Today, through Bridge, I work with driven trade owners who are ready to grow their business. By building structure, improving systems, and providing hands-on operational support, I help tradies reduce the noise of day-to-day demands so they can focus on growth, leadership, and the bigger picture. Bridge's mission is to help business owners build resilience, opportunity and freedom for their families.
